A steering rod is relatively rotationally mounted on the main body, the upper end of the steering rod is hinged with multiple sections of adjusting rods, a free end of the last section of adjusting rod is hinged with a positioning rod, adjusting pistons are respectively fixedly connected between the steering rod and the adjusting rods, between each two adjacent adjusting rods and between the last section of adjusting rod and the positioning rod, the lower side of the positioning rod is movably connected with a telescopic ejector rod, and a free end of the telescopic ejector is in the shape of a tip.
