Summary:Disclosed is a medical transverse-headed forceps. The rear ends of two forceps handles are fixed together, a transverse forceps head is arranged at the front end of each forceps handle, and the forceps heads on the two forceps handles are opposite to each other in position. A fastening plate with teeth is hinged to the inner side of one forceps handle, the fastening plate penetrates through an open groove of the other forceps handle, teeth of the fastening plate are clamped on the edges of the notch groove, and a push button is fixed at the outer end of the fastening plate. The medical transverse-headed forceps brings convenience for clamping a large cotton gauze for nursing operations, saves time, increases treatment efficiency, does not require medical staff to grip the forceps handles hardly due to the fact that the two forceps handles can be locked together, accordingly lowers labor intensity of the medical staff, and further increases medical quality.
