The device mainly comprises a probe (1), a pore pressure filter ring (9), a sealed container (3) and a vacuum pump (7), wherein the middle of the upper part of the sealed container (3) is provided with a small pore; the root part of a cone angle of the lower part of the probe (1) is provided with the pore pressure filter ring (9); the bottom half part of the probe (1) is inserted into the sealed container (3) by the small pore; an O-shaped sealing ring (4) is embedded between the probe (1) and the small pore; the upper part of the sealed container (3) is additionally provided with a clamp (2); the inside of the sealed container (3) is filled with glycerin (8); the sealed container (3) is connected with the vacuum pump (7) by a gas guide tube (5); and the upper part of the vacuum pump (7) is provided with an exhaust valve (6). The saturation device has the chara
