When the reservoir barrel is in use, the water valve is rotatably screwed out and can be opened to evenly and smoothly drain liquid in the barrel body while preventing the drained liquid from splashing and having convenient and labor-saving operation. After the use of the reservoir barrel, the water valve is rotated, screwed and hidden in the containing groove to greatly reduce the occupied space for storing and transporting the reservoir barrel.
