When the pipe network stops supplying water, under the action of a spring, the valve core moves along the axis of the valve cavity to automatically close the valve. When the pipe network recovers water supply again, the water pressure at the inlet of the valve is acted on the lateral surface of the valve core so that the valve core cannot move along the axial direction of the valve cavity and the valve keeps the self-closing state always until the valve is opened again manually.
