Summary:A supporting and adjusting device sequentially comprises from bottom to top a supporting component, an adjusting element and a fastening element. The adjusting element can freely rotate with respect to the supporting element; the fastening element is connected with the adjusting element through a screw pair, and the support and adjustment are realized by adjusting the length of fit of the screw pair between the fastening element and the adjusting element; and the fastening element comprises a connecting part for connecting with a supported device. Compared with the prior art, the supporting element and adjusting element of the supporting and adjusting device are rotatably connected, and can conveniently adjust during the process of supporting heavy equipment.
