The embodiment of the utility model offsets partial pulse blowing and dust cleaning pressure with the pressure in the gas pressure stabilizing tank, effectively reduces the pressure difference between the upper surface and the lower surface of a pulse valve membrane so as to reduce the pressure strength of the pulse valve membrane. Consequently, the scheme of the embodiment not only prolongs the service life of the pulse valve membrane but also reduces the requirements on the strength and the manufacturing process of the pulse valve.
