A first air pressure gauge is assembled on the air compressor, and air flow of the air compressor is controlled by a first throttle valve to pass through a second throttle valve from a rubber pipe and enters the glass absorption column through a cleat glass bent pipe under action of the shunt valve. The petroleum asphalt quaternary test flow speed control device overcomes shortages that flow speed of a traditional duplex ball flow speed control device is lower than regulation requirements, is not easy to be controlled quantitatively and the like, and utilizes the air compressor to control flow speed.
