A check valve is internally arranged at the connection part of the handle pipe and the water outlet of the water outlet pipe; the knob is arranged on at the water outlet of the water outlet pipe and connected and fixed with the knob; the cam is fixed at the bottom end of a knob connecting rod through a connecting element. When the pump works, the cam is propped against the check valve; and when the pump stops working, the knob is rotated to drive the cam to rotate and enable the cam to be separated from the check valve; when retaining the pressure of the pump body, the water pump can isolate water stream in the pump body as well as at the water outlet, further prevent the process-required sealing part under the pressure from having leakage, and reduce the number of pressure-borne thin spare parts; and the structure is simpler.
