A network communication converter solves the problems that the communication of an existing general-purpose device is widened systematically and the accessing of a third device has communication barriers. The network communication converter comprises an original programmable controller and a drive device, and further comprises a novel programmable controller which is connected with the original programmable controller and the drive device through a change-over switch. The novel programmable controller adopts a double CPU intelligent processor mode, and data between double intelligent processors adopt a sharing memory to change bidirectional data. One of the double processors takes charge of changing bidirectional data of a special communication protocol of an original drive device, and the other processor of the double processors takes charge of performing bidirectional data exchange for PLC or a standard PC machine by a general-purpose communication protocol.
