The angular displacement sensor comprises a fixed component and a rotating component, wherein the fixed component comprises an insulating substrate and a conductive carbon film layer; the arc-shaped conductive carbon film layer with a gap is attached to the surface of the ring-shaped insulating substrate; two arc-shaped ends of the conductive carbon film layer are provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode respectively; the position of the insulating substrate, corresponding to the arc-shaped gap of the conductive carbon film layer, is provided with a signal output electrode; the signal output electrode is welded with a V-shaped copper probe; the rotating component comprises an insulating ring, a copper ring and an electric brush; the copper ring is embedded and sheathed on the ex
