A biomass feeding device comprises a feeding hole, a storage bin, a spiral conveyor and a discharging port, wherein the bottom portion of the storage bin is connected with a material conveying bin, the material conveying bin comprises a material conveying bin support and a spiral feeding groove arranged in the material conveying bin support, a spiral rod of the spiral conveyor is mounted in the spiral feeding groove, the discharging port is arranged at the end of the spiral rod, at least one set of material stirring machines is mounted on the material conveying bin, the material stirring machine comprises a material stirring rod and a power device for providing power to the material stirring rod rotationally, the material stirring rod is horizontally arranged above the spiral rod, and the axis of the material stirring rod forms a certain angle with the axis of the spiral rod. The biomass feeding device with novel structure and low cost has feeding performance meeting generating requirements. By skillfully des
