A paraffin removal device for a sucker rod wellhead comprises a limiting housing, supporting rods and a scraping device, no less than one paraffin removing hole is formed on the limiting housing; the supporting rods are arranged in the limiting housing; and no less than one scraping device is fixedly mounted on no less then two supporting rods. The paraffin removal device has a reasonable and compact structure and is conveniently used; and the limiting housing is mounted on the wellhead and the scraping device for clamping a sucker rod is arranged in the limiting housing, therefore, when the sucker rod is lifted up, the limiting housing limits the scraping device to move and scrap off coagulated paraffin and oil contamination on the sucker rod, and the coagulated paraffin and oil contamination are discharged from the paraffin removing hole at the lower part of the housing.
