The operation procedures are as follows: sleeving the soft sleeve (2) on the head of the ampoule, and leading the grinding wheel (9) to be in the same level as the neck of the ampoule; grasping the sleeve part (6) of the spring steel to lead the grinding wheel (9) to rotate at the neck of the ampoule and scratch a semi-circle; grasping the soft sleeve (2) and throwing the ampoule head part in the soft sleeve (2) into a refuse box.
