Summary: | The utility model discloses a crankshaft of a four-cylinder diesel engine, which comprises a main journal and a crank arm connected with the main journal, adjacent non crank arms are connected via a connecting rod journal, the diameter of the main journal phi d is from phi 78 to phi 82h6mm, the diameter of the connecting rod journal phi d 1 is from phi 65 to phi 75h6mm, and the entire rigidity iscomparatively increased by 15 percent; the fatigue limit strength is comparatively increased by 87 to 93 percent; and the bending strength of the crank arm is comparatively increased by 45 to 50 percent. The improved crankshaft is provided with five test model machines capable of exerting maximum power (torque) respectively on a generator set, a tractor and a construction machine to do field testwhich proves that the improved crank has good working uniformity and balance, so the problem that a crank fractures frequently is solved. |
