A plurality of cooling drums are arranged inthe upper component side by side in rows, wherein each cooling drum has a drum wall which is provided with an open inlet area, and the drum wall penetrates through the upper component from a filamentinlet until the drum wall achieves the filament passages of the porous plate. In the extension portions of the cooling drums, a plurality of connecting pipe fittings are arranged in the lower component, moreover, the connecting pipe fittings are corresponding to the filament passages of the porous plate and extend to a plurality of lower filament outlets.
