A light emitting diode lamp bulb includes a lamp body, a heat radiation element, a lamp panel, a control circuit board and an electrical base. The lamp body is provided with an accepting space havingan opening; the heat radiation element is provided with a heat conduction pipe and a heat conduction block, the heat conduction pipe is arranged in the accepting space, and the heat conduction block is sealed in the opening of the accepting space; the lamp panel is coated outside the heat conduction pipe; and the electrical base is arranged on the other end of the heat conduction block and is provided with an accepting space for placing the control circuit board. It is possible to conduct heat generated by the lamp panel by the heat radiation element, so that service life is prolonged and lightness is improved.
