The end of the water outlet pipe, inside the shell, is an inclined surface and an included angle between the inclined surface and the axial line of the water outlet pipe is alpha; the back of the water blocking cover is fixed with a float; under the action of the operation mechanism, the water blocking cover is turned to open and close the valve; and the valve has simple structure, easy manufacturing and convenient use and particularly can avoid the occurrence of flood at home, being beneficial to market promotion.
