A transformer body (2), a centrifugal blower (6), an air-condenser (8) and a cooling guide plate (14) are arranged in the casing (13) of the water-cooled marine transformer (1); the centrifugal blower (6) and the air-condenser (8) are mounted and connected to one side in the casing (13); a transformer coil (11) of the transformer body (2) are sleeved on a transformer iron core (4); a flying ring (5) and a support frame (10) are mounted at the upper part and the lower part of the transformer body (2) respectively; and the cooling guided plate (14) are fixed at the middle part of the casing (13) through a fastener. The marine water-cooled transformer has the advantages of stable working performance, good water-cooled effect, and simple structure.
