The utility model discloses an instantaneous solar water heating device, which comprises a solar thermal collector, a heat storage tank, a water flow control valve and connecting water pipes, wherein the connecting water pipes refer to the water inlet pipes and the water outlet pipes for each structure; the solar thermal collector adopts the pipe-sheet flat plate collector or the U-shaped pipe thermal collector; the water outlet pipe of tap water is connected with the water flow control valve; the discharging pipe of the solar thermal collector is connected with the water inlet pipe of the heat storage tank; and the water outlet pipe of the heat storage tank is connected with the water inlet pipe of the user. The water flow control valve keeps the reasonable opening all the time to control proper amount of water to flow past the solar thermal collector, so that the water outlet temperature of the solar thermal collector keeps within the scope of the set valve and the error all the time, namely, the water flow
