The protecting device comprises a sheath and a lace; one end of the sheath is fixed at the root part of a needle head of the bottle inserting needle, and the other end of the sheath is open; the lace is fixed outside the sheath; and the needle head of the bottle inserting needle is positioned in the sheath. When the protecting device is used, a user holds the needle head of the bottle inserting needle in one hand, and touches the sheath outside; then the user inserts the needle head into an infusion bottle; and subsequently, the sheath is sleeved at the mouth of the infusion bottle through the lace so as to seal the bottle inserting needle and further form a sealed aseptic environment. Therefore, the pollution is effectively avoided and the danger that the needle head is pulled out unexpectedly is also avoided.
