A foil producing machine comprises an anode groove and a cathode roll arranged in the anode groove. The cathode roll is provided with a stripping roll which can strip copper foil produced on the cathode roll, and the rear of the stripping roll is provided with an inactivation groove in the transportation direction of the copper foil, wherein, the copper foil can pass through the inactivation groove and generate anti-oxidation film. A submerged roll is arranged in the inactivation groove; an inlet and an outlet at both sides of the inactivation groove are respectively provided with a guide roll, and the outlet of the inactivation groove is also provided with a dewater roll. The rear of the inactivation is successively provided with a tension roll and a wind-up roll in the transportation direction of the copper foil. The foil producing machine can avoid from producing oxidization stripes and oxidization impr
