At present, the environment-friendly equipment used for oil-water separation has high price and running cost. The oil-water separating device comprises an oil attaching wheel, an oil scraping plate, a motor and a power transmission mechanism, wherein the oil attaching wheel is arranged on a rotating shaft with a port immerged in the oil-water mixed liquid; the oil scraping plate is slantways arranged on a water tank with the higher end being close to the oil attaching wheel to have a very little gap with the oil attaching wheel; and the motor provides rotating power for the oil attaching wheel through the power transmission mechanism. The utility model brings oil away from the liquid surface through the oil attaching wheel, and the oil scraping plate scraps oil on the oil attaching wheel to enable the oil to flow out, thereby oil-water separation is realized.
