The oil production device is characterized in that a load sensor (19) and a speed-revolution sensor (25) are additionally arranged on the winch (12); the load sensor (19) and the speed-revolution sensor (25) are connected with the control circuit of the electric control cabinet (14) through a signal transmission cable. The oil production device is suitable for middle-shallow layer, middle-low production, wax deposition sand oil wells; continuous operation automatically controlled for a long time is realized; the oil production device also has the advantages of good seepage control performance, reliable operation, long service life and high crude oil production.
