A touch pen is used to be inserted into a casing of an electronic device. The casing comprises a notch formed on one lateral surface of the casing and a slot part extending inwards from the notch to the casing. The touch pen which is accommodated and positioned in the slot part comprises a pen barrel and a positioning loop arranged around the pen barrel. The pen barrel comprises a touch tip end, a tail end in the opposite direction of the touch tip end and a pen barrel body part connected between the touch tip end and the tail end. The positioning loop directly surrounds, covers and is disposed on the pen barrel close to the tail end of the pen barrel body. By disposing the positioning loop on the pen barrel, the positioning loop can be compressed elastically, clamped and propped on the notch of the casing, so that the touch pen and the casing are buckled tightly, thus ensuring that the utility model has better buckling and waterproof effects.
