Summary: | A piston pump for filling zinc rubber and electrolyte into an alkali dry cell comprises a pump fixed with a host, a piston rod linked under the control of the host, a three-way rotary valve at the bottom of the pump, a material inlet at the side for connecting a zinc rubber barrel or an electrolyte barrel, an air outlet and a limiter provided at the bottom and communicated with a filling tube, wherein the inner hole of the pump is normally communicated with a small hole of the three-way rotary vale which is rotated by a bevel gear outside the pump and an external bearing for each 90 degrees at clockwise and anti-clockwise and is limited by them, to turn on and off the material inlet and outlet, and fit the lifting motion of the piston rod to realize filling and absorbing process. The modified structure can effectively adjust the filling speed, prevent automatic dropping of zinc rubber or electrolyte caused by the interval pause of the device, confirm the accuracy stability of the filling quantity, confirm the |
