The utility model discloses an assistor of an electric motor car, including a battery pack (1) and a controller (5); wherein, a step-up regulator circuit (3) and an energy storage capacitor matrix (4) are serially connected between the battery pack (1) and the controller (5) in sequence; both ends of the step-up regulator circuit (3) are connected to a power supply switching diode (2); the anode of the power supply switching diode (2) is connected to the input end of the step-up regulator circuit (3), while the cathode of the power supply switching diode (2) is connected to the output end. By adopting the structure, the assistor solves the problem that the output power is unstable and the plates for batteries tend to damage, etc. The assistor has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, constant power output, less damage to the plates for batteries, long service life, etc.
