The device is composed of a light source, a clamp, a reflecting cup and a radiation fluxmeter, wherein, the clamp fixes an LED (Light Emitting Diode) at the bottom of the reflecting cup; the luminescent direction of the LED points to an opening of the reflecting cup; the radiation fluxmeter is tightly fixed at the opening of the reflecting cup so as to receive the quantity of radiation; the electric power source is a constant current source for driving the LED, and total radiant flux radiated by the LED is focalized by the reflecting cup, and then collected and measured by the radiation fluxmeter, and at last the number of the total radiant flux is displayed on a display. The measuring device of the LED radiant flux has simple structure, convenient operation and high measuring accuracy.
