Summary:The application discloses a heart heating type hot water heater which comprises an inner tube, an outer tube, a water outlet, a water inlet, a water charging bucket and a heating pipe. The hot water heater is characterized in that: the inner tube has a bigger bottom opening and a smaller upper opening, that is to say the inner tube wall has a vertical included angle of 5-10 DEG; the heating pipe is arranged in an oblique status, that is to say the heating pipe has a horizontal included angle of 10-30 DEG. The hot water heater has the advantages that: when fire passes the inner tube, the flow rate is slow in a flue with bigger diameter and is fast in a flue with smaller diameter in case of unchanged flow quantity; that is to say, heat can be absorbed sufficiently if the fire stays longer in the flue; the heating pipe arranged obliquely meets the principle of rising hot water, carries out rapid water exchange with a hot water tank, and improves heating effect.
