Summary:Provided is a rhythm board, comprising a casing body, at least one registration assembly and at least two elastic ropes, wherein two ends of the casing body are respectively provided with a first opening and a second opening, and a containing space is formed in the casing body. The assemblies are located in the containing space, and either one of the assemblies comprises at least one registration element and at least one pulley. One end of the elastic ropes are fixed on the registration elements, and after wrapping around at least one pulley, the elastic ropes penetrates from the first opening and the second opening and are respectively connected with handles, providing for users to stretch the elastic ropes arranged at one or two ends of the casing body. And the elastic charge can be regulated to produce different motion effects according to the different volume of the plastic ropes penetrating from one end of the casing body.
