Summary:The utility model discloses a cap skirt adjusting structure of cap, wherein the cap skirt is provided with a containing bag inside, while the bag is provided with an opening at the inner side of the cap, the bag is through with an adjusting bang which one end is fixed and another end is extruded outside the opening, and an adjusting portion for adjusting the length of the adjusting band is arranged between the inner side of the skirt and the free end of the adjusting band. The adjusting structure for adjusting the skirt size is arranged at the inner side of the cap, to avoid grooving at the back of cap as prior art, therefore, the appearance of cap is not destroyed, to apply various caps.
