The invention relates to a multi-functional lamp comprising a body provided with a lamp holder. A lampstandard containing at least a LED lamp, a small bulb or an illuminating lamp is arranged on the lamp holder. A lampshade setting seat is further contained at the upper part of the lampstandard; the lampshade has a plurality of layers and comprises an euphotic layer, the outer surface of which is provided with a middle layer, one part of the middle layer is provided with an opaque film and the other part is provided with an iridescent film. When the lamp is used for illumination, the illuminating lamp should be turned on and the light source of the illuminating lamp will be obstructed by the opaque film on the middle layer and only project out over the lampshade, thereby bringing illuminating effect; when used for aid-sleeping, only LED lamp should be turned on, thereby beautiful and soft light can be produced by the iridescent film on the middle layer and the brightness of the light can be changed by using a
