Summary:The utility model discloses a bottom structure for a battery. The structure aims to solve the technical problems of the prior art that the large number of capillary channels in the sealing surface between the shell of a battery bottom structure and an insulated sealing ring cause a poor sealing performance, and tend to result into the leakage of battery liquid; and the sharp corners at the upper end of the edge of the bottom cover tend to damage the insulated sealing ring, and thus resulting into the short circuit of the shell and the bottom cover. The utility model provides a curling part at the edge of the external margin of the bottom cover, and the cross-section of the curling part is a semicircular bottom structure of the battery. The use of the bottom cover with a semicircular edge improves the explosion-proof and anti-leakage performance of the battery, enhances the discharge capacity, reduces the decline in the storage performance, and boosts the overall performance of the battery. At the same time, no auxiliary pieces are used, thus reducing the material cost and simplifying the production process.
