Summary:A floating rack for lowering water-dropping noises includes a grill frame and a hollow circular floating tube which is arranged in parallel or is positioned below the grill frame in the form of screen. As a floating drum is transformed into a hollow round floating tube, the buoyancy of the floating rack is more even. The grill is fixed onto the hollow round floating tube, therefore, the water-dropping noises reduction plate arranged on the grill frame is good in levelness and able to maintain the operation angle. The water drops drop on the hollow round floating tube, which reduces noises and sheds away second-time noises. At the same time, the distance between the water-dropping plate and the water surface is stable, which gives full play to the noises reduction function of the water-dropping noises reduction plate.
