Summary:The utility model relates to a tanning waste water high temperature sterilization furnace which is fit for the waste water handling equipment used in the small and moderate scaled tanning enterprises. The tanning waste water high temperature sterilization furnace is characterized in that, on the basis of the original structure, a pedestal (6) is made into a trapezoid steps shaped structure, and a heater (7) is arranged on the second level steps. A water outlet (8) is arranged at the bottom part of a waste water inlet (5). The waste water inlet (5) arranges a bent pipeline inside the pedestal (6) and is communicated with a lower furnace body (2) before the first steps. The declivity surface of the second steps for the pedestal (6) is provided with a heating return hole (9) that is communicated with the lower hollowed body of the pedestal (6). The heater (7) is composed of a fixing plate, an electric heating element, a fixing and supporting sheet and a body case; wherein, the electric heating element is arranged on a plurality of fixing and supporting sheets, the supporting sheets are arranged on the body case that is sealed and connected with the fixing plate. The electric heating element is the stainless steel electric heating element; the exposed area outside the body case takes up twenty percent of the whole area. The body case is shaped as a sealed box and the fixing plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes. The utility model has the advantages of more reasonable structure, greatly improved high temperature sterilization effect and preventing the environment from being polluted.
