The structure at least comprises a soft lining layer, a group of heating unit, a separation layer, a wind guiding board, at least a fan, an air breathing layer, a heating controlling unit and a fan operation control unit, wherein, at least an opening for fixing the fan is positioned on the wind guiding board, and further a plurality of passages and the through holes communicated up and down are arranged in the wind guiding board. When the fan is running, the outer air passing through the wind guiding board through holes and the air breathing layer blows out or sucks in, which makes a side of the mattress get to ventilation and heat sink effects, while the other side heating unit is heating, the increased temperature can be induced to the soft lining layer for warmer keeping; the light weight and thin shape handy design is applicable to sitting or sleeping places of users such as in the home, an office and a car.
