Employed is An aromatic polycarbonate resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a melting-process aromatic polycarbonate resin having a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 30,000, and from 0.00001 to 0.04 parts by weight of an amine compound, the amine compound having neither an aromatic ring nor an acid group in the molecule and having a molecular weight of from 100 to 5,000.
