Summary:The water beam with slider is an improvement relating to water beam slider production method in industrial heater. The present invention provides a water beam with slider saving expensive metal materials. The invention hot melts the high temperature materials and low temperature materials into one unit using casting mean; it adds high temperature materials (or low temperature materials) in the casting cavity, then injects low temperature liquid (or high temperature liquid) under the state of metal liquid or solidified high temperature and alloying, getting the slider; at last putting the slider on the water beam.
