Summary:A traction machine installing apparatus (1) has a lifting jig (10), a bracket (20), lifting devices (30, 40), and a pulley (50). The lifting jig (10) is fixed to the bottom of the traction machine. A rotary shaft provided at one end of the lifting jig (10) is swingy supported by a rotation receiver provided in the bracket (20). A first suspender (15) is provided in the lifting jig (10) close to the rotary shaft, and a second suspender (16) is provided in the lifting jig (10) far from the first suspender (15) in the radial direction of the rotation axis. A lifting device (30) lifts the lifting jig (10) by hanging a hook (32) on the first suspender (15). A lifting device (40) rotates the lifting jig (10) around the rotation axis by hanging a hook (42) on the second suspender (16).
