Summary: | A transmitting circuit that can output a transmitted signal with a high precision regardless of the bandwidth and that operates with a high degree of efficiency. In a transmitting circuit (1), a delay detecting part (18) selects, as a singular point, an observation point at which the angular variation of a complex envelope of a transmitted signal is greater than a predetermined angular threshold value and at which the magnitude of the complex envelope is not minimum. The delay detecting part (18) determines, from the positional relationship between the singular point and the preceding and following symbols, the relationship in delay time between an amplitude signal and a phase signal. A delay setting part (19) sets, based on the determined relationship in delay time between the amplitude and phase signals, a delay time to a delay adjusting part (12). The delay adjusting part (12) adjusts, based on the set delay time, the delay time between the amplitude and phase signals to be outputted. |
