The present invention relates to a distributing unit of a composite air conditioner comprising a case, low pressure fitting channel with low pressure gas connecting interface, head box, low pressure branch channel and its connecting interface, low pressure gas channel connecting interface loaded in the case, connecting low pressure gas pipe inside the case, low pressure branch several ones with connecting ports inside the case, connecting with indoor heat exchanger which needs operation in cold rooms of the indoor unit for use only in cold rooms. The liquid fitting channels has connecting ports, head box, branches and connecting ports, with connecting ports in the box connecting liquid channel, head box inside the box connecting to the port of the liquid channel, liquid branch channel connecting port inside the case, connecting with the inflation valve of the special indoor unit for cooling chamber, thus reducing cost and failure frequency of the valve.
