A middle limited gibbosity (53) is formed with bending end of compression helical spring (41) applying force to two direction away from each other bending onto outside through a magnet member (33) having rotor side limited gibbosity (51) formed on base and an internal thread member (18) having fixed side limited gibbosity (52)upside, and wire rod of compression helical spring, and rotating of rotor (32) is limited by limiting relative movement of rotor side limited gibbosity (51) relative to fixed side limited gibbosity (52) with middle limited gibbosity (53).
