A producing and constructing method of polyurethane decorative concrete underlayer mold is: producing silica gel mold firstly; spraying and smearing the anti-sticking agent in the cavity of the silica gel mold; Then casting the group A, B of mixture of raw materials for synthesizing polyurethane into the cavity of the silica gel mold, first pouring the group B and the catalyser into container and churning up uniformly, then pouring the group A into the container, last casting the mixture into the silica gel mold after churning up uniformly; said group A is liquid comprising polyol and toluene diisocyanat mainly, and said group B is liquid comprising polyol, dehydrating reagent and dye. Stick the strengthened underlayer mold up to the back of the main body of the polyurethane underlayer mold. Then produce the polyurethane decorative concrete underlayer mold finally after closing- solidify, demolding, trimming and sorting. It solves the problems of producing mold needs a lot of time, the anti-tensile strength and the anti-tearing strength is lower, and the time of using is shorter. The method is used in cast-in-place decorative concrete wall, streets sculptures and precasting decorative concrete and so on.
