Summary:This invention discloses a method for synthesizing resdelabe from delaviradine intermediate and resveratrol. The method comprises: amidating terephthalic acid and delaviradine intermediate, and esterifying with resveratrol to obtain resdelabe; or preparing terephthalyl chloride from terephthalic acid, esterifying with resveratrol, and amidating with delaviradine intermediate to obtain resdelabe. Resdelabe has similar in vitro bioactivity with anti-HIV drug delaviradine, thus can be used as a new anti-HIV drug.
