A synthetic fibre containing nano order particles of tourmaline, chinese medicinal stone and magnetic material, also to the manufacture process thereof and the fabric therefrom, wherein the multifunctional synthetic fibre contains the nano order particles of tourmaline, chinese medicinal stone and permanent magnetic material, and consists of common biocompatible master batch(es) used for synthetic fibre, and three above said substances, characterized in that, said three admixing substances are present in a tatal amount of 3-40%, based on the weight of the entire biocompatible master batch used for synthetic fibre. The process for making the fibre includes: screening and taking up the tourmaline, chinese medicinal stone and permanent magnetic material, bringing into the nano powders, mixing three kinds of the nano powders according to the predetermined percentages with the common biocompatible master batch(es) used for synthetic fibre, then structuring the polymer to form the nano order multi-element and multifunctional biocompatible master batch; thereafter spinning, cooling, winding and stretching to form the titled fibre. The said health care fabric, characterized in that, is formed by weaving or knitting said synthetic fibre which contains nano order tourmaline, chinese medicinal stone and permanent magnetic material.
