Summary:The invention relates to a three-way valve controlled by adjusting three-way positioning of a 90-180 deg. capable of being used in an 80 deg. C dairy pipeline. It has an electric rotating unit rotating while driving the spool, a small eccentric camshaft structure, a clip connecting pipe and a totally-sealed line with rubber. If the movable fan seal surface is worn, an internal hexagonal hole under the dabber is used for trimming the eccentric camshaft to make the valve body full lining rubber not be air-cut out and directly achieve the goal of sealing. The inventive valve can control the flow of the three-way conversion medium.
