The assembly of BCM controller includes a digital signal processor (DSP), one piece of time-sharing sampling circuit connected to DSP, sampling circuit for total voltage, temperature sampling circuit for battery pack, sampling circuit for current of battery, circuit of stabilized voltage supply connected to DSP, and each circuit above. Characters are that through CAN communication circuit, DSP is connected to PC; through comm. port, DSP is communicate to entire car; DSP is connected to fan for battery, and control circuit for protective relay; CAN camm. circuit includes first opto-electronic isolation chip, first drive chip; comm. port includes second drive chip, second opto-electronic isolation chip, and third drive chip etc. Advantages are: realizing control and management for charging and discharging batteries of hybrid dynamical car, implementing control strategy quickly, keeping dynamic batteries at optimal running range. Features are: simple structure, small size etc.
