Its component and weight percentage is material component wt%, hydrogenation modified ethanol 30-80, isoamyl formate 12-45, tartaric acid benzene ester 7-20, antipyrine DAM 1-5. It is a kind of achromatous penetrant without coloring matter and even the cloths tainted it is still achromatous after washing. Changes into red when it meets reaction type coloring and flaw detection penetrant. In order to avoid the coloration of work piece, the hand of handlers, work clothes, tool, table and wall, ensure them separate with each other. It and the said reaction type coloring and flaw detection developer and remover use together can detect 0.5/10000mm minuteness crack.
