Summary:The present invention relates to a hand-actuated and electric thermal-insulation high corrosion-resisting two-way sealing butterfly valve outside welded and casted an insulated casing and an inlet-outlet connector means. A rubber seal ring is fixed on the valve plate via a mechanical system. The structure of the seal ring is firm, so it's easy to adjust and change the seal ring in situ. The electric driving device is electrically connected with an interface for transferring state signals to a central control chamber and receiving the signals of the central control chamber, so as to realize the regulation by the remote control.
