Summary: | This invention relates to a DC brushless motor with a rotor locking protection function including a rotor in the motor, a motor circuit and a stator pattern assembly, in which, a commutating power circuit, a commutation signal circuit and a rotor lock sensing circuit are set in the motor circuit, a protection switch, four changeover switches and a supply are set in the commutating power circuit, a rotor position sensing circuit and a commutation logic circuit are set in the commutation signal circuit and the stator pattern assembly includes at least two stator coils, when the motor is locked, the rotor lock sensing circuit will protect the switch to cut off to reduce current flown into the motor so as to reduce the temperature of the motor coils to protect the motor. |
